On behalf of Judge Howard Hall, Common Pleas Court Judge for the Morrow County Court of Common Pleas, MMM+B prosecuted a mandamus action in the Ohio Supreme Court to compel the County Commissions to abide by Ohio's constitutional separation of powers and provide both adequate funding and adequate facilities to the Court of Common Pleas. The case settled, with the County Commissioners agreeing to fund the Court and remodel the County Courthouse.
