Rob Miller Robert H. Miller is an associate attorney with MMM+B. Previously, Mr. Miller practiced law at Jones Day in Columbus and founded and managed a real estate investment and development company in Southern Ohio. With experience in business and real estate transactions and disputes, executive employment matters, shareholder and close corporation disputes, election law, financial litigation, software licensing, and consumer litigation, Mr. Miller has a great depth and breadth of expertise in both the transactional and litigation arenas. Mr. Miller has participated in bench trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Mr. Miller is admitted to practice before all Ohio state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
