MMM+B represented an individual who had lost more than $300,000 as a result of his broker's misconduct, including unauthorized trading and churning. MMM+B prosecuted his claims before a panel of NASD arbitrators. Shortly before the final arbitration hearing, however, the case settled for a confidential amount after MMM+B uncovered the broker's history of similar nefarious acts and tracked down and secured sworn statements from his past victims.
