Brian K. Murphy Brian K. Murphy is a partner and member of MMM+B’s litigation group. Previously, Mr. Murphy practiced at Jenner & Block LLP in Chicago. Mr. Murphy is experienced in handling business disputes, close corporation and minority shareholder disputes, investors’ rights actions, and class actions. He has appeared before Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and federal and state courts in Ohio, California, Florida, Illinois, and Michigan. In addition, Mr. Murphy has significant experience representing clients in administrative actions including the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
