Bobby Book, LLC hired MMM+B to unravel the misdeeds of the founder and CEO of a closely held coporation in which it held a minority interest. MMM+B obtained a temporary restraining order to curtail the CEO's misconduct and then negotiated an agreement that enabled its client to remove the CEO and acquire a controlling interest in the company.
